I hacked up a pidgin-otr source rpm that builds against your libpurple-devel and pidgin-devel packages on opensuse 10.2 without problems. Creating my own project on the opensuse build servers for just one little package seemed like overkill, but I thought you might like to toss it into your repo. If so, email me and I'll pass it along
